Caprice
Ahh...finally! I've been waiting for this all summer, and finally it's time! Tomatoes and basil at the same time. Joy!
that made me choke on my tea!I have wanted to make these forever and ever--is that balsamic on top---never tried the stuff but I guess a lot of chiefs swear by it
Hi Judy- Yep, it's a balsamic reduction, which is super easy even though it sounds fancy. :) Just simmer balsamic vinegar until it's reduced and thickened. It's wonderful. You can also add a bit of brown sugar to it if you like.
